Air conditioning filter

I live in so cal and its starting to get warmer i think!

Just to throw it out there or as good "REMINDER" any of u guys or gals

change your air conditioning filter ,our inspected yet it to see if it needs to be

changed sooner then normal!.

Even if you don't use the a/c system and just the using heating system. Due to,

it doesn't get as warm as it does in other states .

"Yet its pretty important if ya ask me, and easy to change".

can be costly if ya don't will cause compressor, blower problems and so on

on the a/c side of the car!.

Well i bought my car with 30000miles got to 42728

Just thought I check it and dammmmmmmm it was bad leafs/dust was coming

off of it just buy pulling it out of the compartment got a new one from

Mitsubishi all ok and will work better and smells better too

Also run your a/c even if you don't ever use it, The day u wont to use it, It

way not come on. At the very least you should run it once a month or more

even in the winter might sound weird.

Just to keep everything lube up internally, SEALS, BUSHINGS HELPS

PREVENTS THE REFRIGERANT FROM SLUGGING UP, THAT WILL

CAUSE PROBLEMS "TRUST ME" or not.

Just trying to help out

EVO lover 4 life

THIS ALSO GOES FOR YOUR HOME AIR CONDITION SYSTEM TO!

ITS behind the glove box easy to remove just a Philips screw driver and your

hands and filter

on my 2006 i would sit in the passenger seat open the glove box theirs a clip

on the left side of the glove box in the lower corner its very hard to see push

and slide at the same time towards the middle of the glove box

but be very careful not to break clip grab a hold of the glove box and it should

drop straight down but the glove box is still intact on the lower side just leave

it intact

just guide the glove box down so it dosent break the lower screws off holding

the glove box

look behind the glove box. forward well be the two screws gold looking one on

top and bottom, remove the screws and pull filter straight out towards you but

be gentle their might be a lot of dust don't wont any in your car

install new filter reverse the process and all good let me know i could post pics

if ya need it

yes its the cabin filter also
