I own one of them. I installed it on my evo 8. Same bolt pattern, no mods needed.

o yea.. i assumed that they were the same as the evo viii...... but i have a 2010 ralliart and i would like to install this steering wheel onto it... (the stock one totally blows) and it's the same one and setup from the evo x..... so basically i need to know what type of hub i'm going to need.. or what modifactions will have to be done...

someone on this forum already informed me that they make evo x steering wheel hubs... which can easily fit my ralliart... i just need to know if my evo vii steering wheel will fit the hub itself...

bad idea, the evo 7 wheel is not like non airbag momo wheels which are flat and need a hub to fit, the evo7 wheel actually has a body if you know what I mean, so you can't fit a hub with that wheel. Then you have the airbag issue, I don't know if the plug from the RA is the same as the evo7 wheel. Your best bet if you dislike the RA wheel so much would be to get an EvoX wheel.

surely there is a way though... i recall some base 03 lancers replacing the steering wheel with evo vii or evo viii wheels.. and it was not a direct bolt on..

'03 lancers I'm pretty sure it is a direct bolt on, the newer ralliart is a totally different car, including steering wheel column. Of course there must be a way to install it in your car but I doubt it will go on easily, and like I said before the airbag is an issue also.
