Need some opinions on some powder coating I had done...

I have called several powder coaters and the going rate for Brembos is $200.
Mine are going to cmwerks.com
While this maybe a priority to me, it sure is not to him as he has not returned my last email wanting a resolution.
Ideally I want a full refund since all 4 have to be done in the same color, this is apparently a big scheme on my behalf to scam him for $200. Even though they have to be redone.

I think a full refund is in order as the buyer did not get what he paid for. Even if its 99% done. That is not 100%. FULL REFUND is in order here.

there are plenty of powdercoating shops in IL. I never pay in full for the labor until i see it done.

ORLY? How do you explain the invoice below? And on top of it, I had to take a half day at work to go deliver them, and pay the shop extra money to ship them to my work so I would not have to take time off and lose even more money then you have robbed me for.

I have given you more than enough time, and even after noting the situation yesterday, you act like I have all the time in the world, and do not respond to my email or PMs, or attempts to call you.
im going to jump the gun and let it be known that im the one who had these done for you since you've done nothing but threaten me about 10 times in a 48 hour period:
1) you approached me about doing your calipers and i said i would be more than happy to.
I let you know that i DON'T do powdercoating; i simply take them to a local shop and all i
would do is take the seals, etc out prior to droping them offl; you agreed.
2) Time line: you took almost TWO weeks to send them to me; not really a problem on my part
and i advised you i would expect them to be shipped back in a week. you AGREED. I received them on a friday and by NEXT friday they were picked up and ready to ship back, so i don't know why you go about complaining about the time frame.
3) Two days ago you sent me SEVEN MESSAGES to which i responded in less than 24 HOURS that there was some chips on the front ones...you even managed to somehow search for my number that i DID NOT give you and called me and managed to open a thread before i even responded. Now, I agreed that they were chipped from the pics you posted and i honestly did not notice them at the time of shipping them out so for that i apologize; i explained that they SHOULD NOT be chipping at all and that to me it was AN OBVIOUS sign that the shop did a poor job or did not bake them long enough, etc.
I clearly offered to have them re-done AT MY EXPENSE if the shop did not want to re-do it for free. You responded with ANOTHER 3-4 messages in less than 12 hours that you wanted a full refund blah blah blah.
In one of the emails you even stated that everyone on this thread agreed that they should be re-done, which again, i AGREED TO DO!
Then in your last email you claim that there are bleeder valve caps that are MISSING which is 100% bull since i kept everything in SEPERATE baggies and as God is my witness, they were ALL re-installed (see pic below, i wish i would have taken a pic of the back)...you also say that all of sudden, you dont like them period instead of the issue just being the chips.
If they had in fact been missing it would have been one of the first things you mentioned and in all honesty you really are trying to scam anything back from me.
In order to save YOU some face im not going to post all the messages you sent me, telling me about how you have OCD and that it drives you crazy, blah blah blah but again, i do apologize for the chips and if you send them back i WILL STILL have them RE-DONE at my expense but i will NOT REFUND YOUR CASH BACK.

I would like a full refund for the powder coating work. I have to pay the same amount to get them done again since they were done poorly, and plus the cost of the new dust boots, the shipping to you, and per my powder coater there may be more damage involved if you did not separate the halves.
Did you separate the calipers, or did you just bake them as one piece? I'll find out the answer to that tomorrow whether you tell me or not.
I made a post on the appearance of the calipers, leaving your name and SN out of the equation. I am not looking to drag your name through the mud, I just want my money back so I can get these done right.

I said they look like ***, others AGREED with me that they should be sent back and re done. Others wanted them thrown through shop windows. You cannot argue with me and tell me this is something that you would put on your car.

I have already taken them apart again to have them re done by http://cmwerks.com/. They have done this MANY times. How do you know if the calipers were taken apart or not since you did not do the work? You are never supposed to paint in the ridge where the dust boot seats.....
