I am sorry to tell you that I am kinda unhappy about the calipers. There are chips on the face of them, visible when mounted.

I am sending them out locally to get them re done. It is costing me another $200. I hope you do the right thing here

I am seriously hoping you have some thing going on on your end right now since you have not gotten back to me yet.


I would like a full refund for the powder coating work. I have to pay the same amount to get them done again since they were done poorly, and plus the cost of the new dust boots, the shipping to you, and per my powder coater there may be more damage involved if you did not separate the halves.

Did you separate the calipers, or did you just bake them as one piece? I'll find out the answer to that tomorrow whether you tell me or not.

I made a post on the appearance of the calipers, leaving your name and SN out of the equation. I am not looking to drag your name through the mud, I just want my money back so I can get these done right.

EVERYONE agreed that they look like ***. So please Noel, do the right thing and please refund me my money.

In no way did I EVER mention your name, or where they were done out of respect to you and your business.

I said they look like ***, others AGREED with me that they should be sent back and re done. Others wanted them thrown through shop windows. You cannot argue with me and tell me this is something that you would put on your car.

I am not trying to STALK you, I mentioned this already in the thread. I have A LOT of money wrapped up in this, and the bill continues to grow on my end.

I have already taken them apart again to have them re done by http://cmwerks.com/. They have done this MANY times. How do you know if the calipers were taken apart or not since you did not do the work? You are never supposed to paint in the ridge where the dust boot seats.....


Why in Gods name would I try and scam you? It makes no sense. I simply cannot afford to ship them to you over night or express, nor can I wait for 3-5 days shipping to you and then the wait back. I simply want my calipers to look the way they should. End of story. I am the most honest person you will find. Seriously.

you readily admit that the paint work is crappy since they are chipping. Do you not feel that reimbursing me $100 is fair? I am still out the $175 for the original work and shipping, plus another $200 to get them re done, plus the boots.

I truly believe that a refund is in order, but $100 will suffice. Please see it from my end man, I am borrowing a car from the shop, am losing A LOT more out of this then you are, and cannot wait that long anymore for this. Please call me as I am not an animal and just want to resolve this.

Well, I got the calipers today, and I am not pleased with the way they turned out.

The rears are okay I guess, but the front are a whole other story. There are chips every where on em. Ones that would be visible when you put them on the car. Did you not notice the one right by the bleeder?

You must have, you tried to cover it.

One of them actually has a blue towel/shop rag still glued to it on back.

There are obvious blemishes on the calipers. Visible ones when they are put on. I have OCD and this will bother the hell out of me.

Sending em back to you and dealing with the shipping time and re paint time is not an option for me. I am borrowing a vehicle from work, and I had to pay around $75 for the dust boots.

I found a local company that will do em for $200. I need my car back so I am just going to have to send it to them tomorrow.

While I believe a full refund is in order, since I now have to pay another $200 to get em done+shipping to the company etc.

I will leave the ball in your court and let you decide what you wanna do. We are all grown men here, and we both know the game.

You can't look at the pics and tell me it's okay to put them on the way they are. It's not right.
