Well the mitsubishi wrc 2004 factory car is the Lancer Cedia no the Lancer Evolution. I think the Lancer Cedia has potential to hang vs the Citroen, Subaru, and Puegeot but they just need a better Driver we need another Tommi Makinen in the Mitsu Driving seat.

Will the EVO RS be popular with theives?

I was wondering if I'll have to worry about taking my RS to work? I will be able to view my car all day long from my job.

i would imagine typical thieves wouldnt really know the difference between an RS and regular evo... but they'll see the missing stereo... i'm sure that would make a thief go for an evo with a stereo

I think the Recaro's would be the first to go. Then the steering wheel, stereo, FMIC, wheels, etc... Horrible thoughts nonetheless.

depending upon the area you are in, you will get more attention in an EVO w/ a big wing ... then if you were driving a 360 or a GT3.....

That is true, but then again, I loved the attention I got in an Evo.

Hence why I am looking for another car that will turn heads yet go fast at the same time

regular Evo and Evo RS should share the same risk, if any, IMO.

a RS may be less noticeable if you dont get the CF wing.

Saw a red RS in NYC rolling down 32nd and Madison. It was definitely an RS because it had the tell-tale black mirrors, black door handles and hand crank windows. I got a real good look at it as it went by due to a traffic back up. It had Cali plates. Looked surprisingly nice without the wing too.
