i did indeed, apparently you didnt see my post #9. I have the same hood and problem. Im going with rexpeed b/c their site says they work with OEM and CF hoods and the use facory locations.

my appologies i didnt read your post.

just thought you were recommending them because of how they looked.

I have the gas one's that are carbon fiber and they are way to hard for my fiber images hood so I just use them like kick stands open the hood and just prop them in and take them off when I wanna close it.

That was just a joke since Tein springs and coilovers are complete dog**** since they can't match spring rates to save their souls. I'd give Rexpeed your money out of principle

I'm using the MYNES nitrogen filled hood dampers on my Seibon CWII CF hood. Works good.
