funny i am about to do the swap from the top on my evo and i was trying to find a thread with someone explaining this.. thanks fellas.. and good luck with the build

yea its simple.... i had the motor up there first but wasn't completely level..and the intake kept hitting the car above firewall....

all you have to do is make sure engine is perfectly level drop it at like a 30 degree angle..(this is with IM/ EM / turbo...everything connected

i than put the passenger side mount in first..than tranny mount...the rear mount lined up right in place luckily i just pushed screw threw..

when i first did it i pulled head first than dropped short block from underneath..only because i didn't have a hoist at the time..and didn't know if i had to pull motor out to begin with...but would def pull hole thing out top next time as well..

also make sure to keep your TC out of harms way!!

just be very careful and slow or you will scratch up everything.
