Hey guys I can not figure out why my abs light is on. I searched all over this forum and tried what I could. I checked the fuse and looked under the car for a pulled or frayed wire. I am not sure which wire to look for exactly but I didnt see anything obvious. Are there any other causes?

if I were you I would just leave it off, I love how my car stops haha

 

its always hard to explain to the passengers though ha they are like o why is the abs light on and i have no answer so they assume i cant stop fast

you need to scan the ABS system for a fault code, which will let you identify the particular part of the ABS that is malfunctioning. probably need to go to a local mechanic to get this done.

 

is it your anti-lock lite on?

 

I agree with rotarypower8. Go to your local mechanic.

 

i agree with both of them bc my anti-lock lite came on and i took it to mitsu and they said it was a sensor that went out.

 

yes it is the light and i guess ill go to the mechanic this weekend i was hoping it was an easy fix thanks for your help guys

 

check your abs wires in the wheel well.

 

What do they look like and where do or should they connect
