Evo's come with a very rich map (tune) from factory so getting more air in/out by way of a intake/exhaust won't hurt performance, your actually doing ur car a favor... a tune is not needed for these mods... but it is ofcoarse recommended if u want to get the most hp from the boltons...

I'm not sure that this will not enrichen the mixture because the MAF will see more air and will exgareate the enrichement

Get a Drop-in and call it a day. If you;re going to run a cone, might as well make a heat shield around it because the majority of the air it's sucking is the heat from the exhaust mani area.

Not necessarily. As long as the car is moving forward it should be getting cool air from outside. The exhaust manifold heat should escape through the vent in the hood.

What happens when the car is not moving in traffic and the AC fan kicks in?

You draw in lots of hot air. Good thing your engine isn't under heavy load.

Seriously though I've logged my car just sitting stationary and it was like 10-15 higher than outside air temp @ 17 degrees celcius. That was with the rad fan coming on and off.

Huh. Of course not much is happening when idling in traffic, or parked with the engine running. A good sound system is more important than a good air filter under these circumstances....Duh!
