at 20% throttle i get this ringing sound from the engine bay area, it sounds like something is rattling around and havent been able to figure out the cause of it... the weird thing is that the noise relates to the amount of gas i give the car... 20% and under it makes the noise, and above 20% it goes away... (was logging with AEM to see the throttle position) im confused i looked for loose bolts, etc and found nothing.... anyone have any ideas?

 

also forgot to mention that sometimes while turning i can feel a vibration through the gas pedal, sometimes its bad, sometimes not.

 

I had that issue a little while ago.
I don't know if it will help or not, but in my case it ended up being a bad shock / tie rod end on the pass side of the car.
I had the same feeling in the gas pedal.
