ive been trying to look for a sound clip of this exhaust but i havent had any luck :/
soo i was wondering if some one can post a clip of your evo running the SD cat back. reason why im asking for this is because im planing on buying it but i wouldnt want it to be exaggerated loud.

I remember a small post of Buschur's about this exhaust...
I interested in the new SD midmuffler (in the test-pipe location).
Planning to v-band it to my TRUST Ti-R, imho the highest performing exhaust there is...

If anyone has any opinions, feel free to chime in..

 

It's definitely loud. Not nearly as loud as a cutout, but significantly louder than the average Evo exhaust. Not knowing what you're comfortable with, it's hard to say whether it's too loud for your needs. Good luck.

 

Its loud. I run the bullet exhaust and thats loud, i can imagine this exhaust would be a good bit louder. But like stated before, loud to you might not be the same as it is to someone else

 

is it because the price tag you think its the best?

op, are you looking for a buschur exhaust with only the sd muffler? in the past i read that david buschur said it if it was paired with one of their larger mufflers it would only quiet down the exhaust a little bit. i think it would be annoying loud/obnoxious with only the sd muffler to quiet down the noise levels

 

I was thinking of going 3" all the way with only the SD glass pack in the end at the track.
But I was also thinking of running the SD mid muffler with the SD rear on the streets if that is still to loud how about a hfc?. I don't wanna get pulled over all the time like I did with my Megan 3" all the way.

 

I am also interested in a sound clip. I have the BR exhaust with magnaflow tip and it is to quiet for my liking.

 

I used to have the older Race' design cbe before the Bullet came out. It was loud! Droned a lot so I sold it and got a quieter exhaust. I'm sure the SD will be louder than the other ones.
