The bolts that attach to the O2 housing or the ones that attach to the cat converter? Get some PB Blaster and soak the bolts overnight. Use a breaker bar for leverage or impact wrench if need be.

I got lucky on my 05 and they screwed right off... my 06 was a different story. What I did was spray the crap out of them with PB Blaster, let it sit for an hour, then I drove the car tog et the bolts heated up and I came back and they came right out.

Soak in PB or WD-40 and use a breaker bar and extension.

Believe it or not but pour a cap full of brake fluid on the bolts and wait a min or two. It works.
