Anybody ride with Liability only insurance?

Hmm... I'm looking at 170-180 a month for full coverage and I'm 22. And I kinda tried to run from the Police with no success.... somehow that's not on my record.... just probation. Damn brakes couldn't handle it... they all thought I blew my engine when I stopped because the brakes were still smoking.
