If you want some security, why not change your init code so it's even more difficult for someone to swap a rom in with the immob disabled? As far as I know you still have to be able to flash the car to disable it. Sure there's an unlocker for cycling through the init codes, but even that is yet another step where you probably just made the thief move on to the next less protected Evo.

An interesting hack would be one that honks the horn whenever the ECU receives an incorrect init code. It would make brute forcing the init code rather loud.

Anyways I'm so back to the discussion

I checked today for the pump and once i switched the ignition on im getting a constant voltage in the wiring/ i can here the pump turning on.. I even check at the rail where gas was poring out.

I also swaped injectors and nothing

Try to have the keys from Evo9 ecu next to your regular evo8 key. Your problem sounds like immobilizer problem and it makes perfect sense since you switched ECU's

I swapped the Crank Angle Sensor and Bam, instant start up

Yes but A i didnt have a replacement sensor and B its not a 2 sec job.
