My Car got broken into!!! LIVID!!!

So I walk out to my car this morning, and noticed the guy next to me's 2003 Galant's door is open. I walk around to see this:

They stole my Kenwood KVT-614 flip screen with the GPS add-on, my iPod and destroyed my A/C unit. Theres not much anyone can do, but if anyone has any audio stuff and maybe the HVAC unit they are selling or know so one who is, let me know.

Thanks guys.

PS- I do have the serial number for the unit... so maybe I'll find this clown.

Man, sorry to see this. Nothing worse than having the things you work so hard for violated. Hopefully the insurance company will act quickly.

Yeah, and apparently while it 'beeps' when I lock it, it didnt go off when it was broken into.

Also, I have a $1000 deductible. The kicker, called progressive yesterday to see what $500 would rate my rate to.

Basically, I'm SOL.

this happen to me 2 weeks ago, walked out to a busted back driver side window, luckily they didnt take anything, thinking that someone may have scared them off, but it still sucks, insurance wouldnt cover my window since I have liability only, a little over 200 bucks to fix that little bitty window :/

Sorry to hear about this situation, but it' may be time to look into lowering that deductible. $1000 is a lot to have to pay out of pocket for anything. I feel your pain though, my car was broken into, radio and iPod stolen, and the A/C console was damaged.

Only this was in the dealers lot overnight, so I made those people pay.

I have been planning to. I did initially when I first got it, but planned to move to $500. Too little too late.

I think I'm going to save my pennies and do a double din.

Damn that sucks - My evo was once broken into as well.

I hated the feeling and now I am super paranoid about when and where my Evo is etc.
