you're more responsible than most "adults" and you would have been paying $9,000 every 6 months for insurance? haha. Even $3,000 a year is a lot for insurance for someone who is "responsible"

nope.

My mom and i just have it under the business name to get the price lover.

Where does that say he is part owner?

I am saying if he cannot do it without help he is spoiled. The car is not registered to him either. If he were manning up and putting it in his name this thread would not exist.

Edit to add: BTW I pay $62 a month full coverage for my evo.

You might question that responsibility if the ins. is that high to begin with.

Just saying people with a responsible record don't pay that kind of price.

Sorry, says it right there sir.

So by your standards i'm also spoiled because I have my insurance in my mothers name?? I pay the insurance bill! So does that also make me spoiled???It's just cheaper that way and saves some people money depending on the insurance company.

So he is not spoiled. I missed that part.

I apologize then. I am man enough to do that, and say I missed something I read.

My point though is simply this.

I just get sick of hearing the spoiled kids come on here and cry because they put themselves in the situation they did. So he is not spoiled, still fact remains that if he had it in his name he would have gotten the notice about the registration and this thread would not exist.

However, I will note this is the internet and anyone can claim what they wish with no proof. But hey we have evos so

Glad you got your car back "okay".

As far as the troll, go whine some more. Don't have to go mega douche on someone even IF their **** is getting paid for. Just because someone else's mommy/daddy worked hard and makes bank doesn't mean you have to ***** and moan cause your parents did not. You can't honestly tell me if your dad was say donald trump you wouldn't let him buy you a enzo...There is something to be said for earning your own way in life but it doesn't mean degrading someone on the basis of their economic status.

Troll? Been here how long? Check post history if you think I troll.

I again I admitted I was wrong. I apologized. I also stated I get tired of the spoiled kids that come and cry because they put themselves in the place they are. He says he is part owner so I have to go with that (don't have to fully believe him but will give him benefit of the doubt).

As for my parents paying for my stuff I would not have learned to value what I have and work hard to get what I do if someone handed me whatever I wanted. Very few do learn to work hard in life when stuff is handed to them. Would I have wanted my parents to at that age? Yes. Looking at things now and looking back....absolutely not.

Again there is no degrading going on. When you open a thread you open up for opinion. I gave it, not all will like it. Then I apologized.

I usually don't bother replying to keyboard hero's like yourself, but man i have never seen such an ignorant person before who can't read or is to lazy to go back and reread things. Instead of trying to justify that he deserve what happened or something stupid maybe say something constructive or nothing at all. Just cause he got towed doesn't mean he should have also been robbed.

Also the insurance thing is ridiculous, if anyone is given a legitimate way to pay cheaper insurance i am sure they are not going to turn it down. Also NJ insurance really is that ridiculous, with a zero bad driving history just a plain used lancer es but being under 24 and male = 2200/ year liability insurance for my lancer under my name. I got the evo when i had moved to FL and pay the same thing for full coverage on a brand new evo

edit- i see u apologized good man (still the rant was unnecessary keep things to yourself next time)

The rant is given simply as opinion. This is the internet, threads get opinion. You can find a lot of opinion on evom I am sure you would disagree with.

I apologized for missing that part and calling him spoiled enough said. I just don't hold back opinion though. Stick around long enough and you will see a lot of opinion from a lot of people. Not a lot though will say they are sorry for being wrong.

that is why I made the point to go back and edit my post because you are right many people don't have the decency to apologize.

as to giving your opinion, yes this is the internet and everyone is entitled to say what they want, but it does become that's person's responsibility to use their better judgement.

anyway and call it an end to this

There's a huge difference between 2200/year and 18k/year.
