My Walbro 400 Stalls out!?
Im on E85, i was tuned for a walbro 255 and it ran n idled great. I put in the walbro 400 in it idles at like 12.0- then shoots up to 17 somthimes. it holds idle then stalls itself out. WHEN I TRY TO MOVE IT STALLS OUT! is that is that tune related or install problem
Sounds like you might be over running the stock FPR. I had similar problems when I recently rewired my mod'd Walbro 255lph (pulled all that back out until I get an AFPR). If your Walbro 400lph is rewired, then you are definitly over running the stock FPR.
I would yank it and double check everything. One word of advise coming from someone who's installed "a couple" of fuel pumps, double check the o-ring seating ontop of the fuel pump as well as the black plug on the side of the housing. If the o-rings arent seated properly, either the car won't start or you'll have similar issues to what you've mentioned.

my mods are in my sig could u lead me a hand
Like D Grade said double check everything in the install. If the black plug on the side of the housing is reversed 180 degree's the car will barely start and won't stay running (or so a "friend" told me!).
I installed the Walbro 400 and the adjustable FPR at the same time so I'm not sure if the Walbro 400 will over run the stock FPR, but if your fuel pump has been rewired directly to the battery I would think that it would.
I like the Aeromotive A1000 FPR and I bought mine from Tom at TSCOMPTUNED.
Regardless of which FPR you get, you will want to set your base fuel pressure at 43.5 psig (42 to 45 is ok) with the vacuum line removed and crimped off. You will need a FPR that rises on a 1:1 ratio with boost, so for example with 43 psig base pressure your fuel pressure at 30 psig of boost will be 73 psig.

but you can hear the fuel pump turn on n prime switch makes me thing it is nothing with the pump
I'm guessing close to 650whp on a dynojet & E85, but time will tell. My car will only make a little over 500whp so I'm confident that the 400 is going to be a good choice for me. I still need to get the car tuned with the new FP & FPR.
