This is the method i use, you can try and drill it and sit there and play with it with a chisel or do it in 5 minutes like this let all the air out of the tire, pull the air stem and torch it off. BUT BE WARNED GET ALL THE AIR OUT OF THE TIRE AND PULL THE AIR STEM JUST IN CASE. thats what i would do i dont see any way of beating any type of socket on that thing, and dont forget i mean its on there tight enough to break a lug, so you could imagine how hard press you would be to try and beat a socket on it to hold it or to even try an chisel it off plus you have no room with the side walls of the rim to get leverage to chisel it. If your good with a torch you might be able to save the bolt and not damage the rim, just use caution if your going to torch it.

You guys are forgetting that this isn't like a regular bolt. Drilling will not make this come out. Your gonna have to get the spindel off as someone suggested, or air hammer it out or wack it out like I suggested way earlier. Once you get the stud to pop free, you will be able to cut the back of the stud off. I guess one thing all of us haven't considered even myself is, that the bolt is snug on there. Air hammering the sides of the lugnut I guess could see that working being your gonna have to replce the stud anyways being you killed the threads on it.
