The valve pops off due to high pressure, how are your pressures? When does the valve pops? at idle or when driving? how long does it take to pop? It's kind of hard to diagnose without being in front of the car but i can give it a shot,i've seen bad fan modules allowing temperatures to rise enough to pop valves and clogged lines rising pressures sometimes

thanks for trying, i replaced the compressor clutch relay and i think that was the problem.i am low on freon due to release from valve.the problem stated when the battery died overnight and i jumped strarted the car with the ac switch on. i am assuming that the surge from the other battery fryed the compressor relay.the compressor was not cycling due to the relay stuck in the on position.i think this caused the excessive pressure build up. i will know for sure after i add freon and some oil.Rasta mike

ac fan is not kicking in or you have a plug somewhere! trust me i work ac all day long. considering the parts you replaced id say you have a bad receiver drier or bad fan!!!!
