Honestly as ghetto as zip ties sound, I personally think they have a place if used properly. For me I have every single vacuum line on my car zip tied. The last thing you want is your vacuum line to pop off of something such as your FPR. Please explain why you want to avoid zip ties.

I really dislike those spring clamps. Black zipties haven't failed me yet and hardly noticeable.

^ I'm in Ca (lots of police being picky) and trying to avoid making anything not look OEM. Plus I like the idea of keeping a car looking OE (even with the spring clamps) even though it might have some upgrades.

My Gm 3 port for example, looks like it came with the car if you look at it placed where the original one was. The Miata battery I have is in exactly the same orientation as the OE battery but it allows me to run a SR UICP.

looking to replace all my vacuum hoses. for those who have done it what hose sizes do you need and how long. looking at it It seems like 4mm & 6mm hoses. can anyone verify? Thanks.
