Regardless of the problem the GReddy TI is one of the best catback on the market. Rolled tip = bad ***

I have an Injen SES on my 04 with a slight growl/vibration that happens during deceleration between 4000 and 3000rpm. Thought it was a heat shield at first, but no luck there. Does not seem to be getting worse, will cut out and install a Vibrant resonator if it gets worse.

I came to that comclusion when I was underneath the car with it running... the rattling was more prominent around the resonator not the muffler...

Mine just started doing this too. I think it's hitting the heat shield near the rear O2 sensor. I already had to trim it when I installed everything. So I think I'm going to get some torque solutions hangers and maybe cut the heatshield

i KNow there is one bolt loose . I fugured it was that so what I ended up doing was using some electrical wire and wrapping it around temporarily... so that it dont vibrate and the sound still came to.... ill try to figurre out more stuff

you will need spacers on the bolts that hold on the the bar that comes across the downpipe. mine used to rattle. added the spacers/washers, fixed the problem.
