Thanks so much everyone. This is probably the most helpful forum I've been on

And yeah super cheap ftw. Except I paid double what you did for mine oh well, 3000kg stands. Can't complain I guess.

I think this is the first thread to actually be helpful for the whole jack stand issues.

Now I need to remove my undertray to see everything. Yayyy... lol

Ya the rear mount of the front control arm is definitely the way to go for jack stands as it provides a sturdy location for any and all service. Any time I need to be under the car I usually leave it 2 feet off the ground with the stands on those locations

the front one is perpindicular to the rail that runs along the bottom. where the bolt is the rail is double over and strongest

this stand goes at the same angle that the control arm runs, you can kind of tell what i mean from the pic. if you have shallow cup jack stands they will cup the mount perfectly. make sure they aren't resting on the square piece of frame that surrounds the bushing/control arm as that will be extremely unstable

you'd think if you were meant to put stands there, someone would make a jack stand with a channel in it like it should be (3" long piece, .5" wide channel, ~1" deep)
They do!

I mean ones with actual channels such as:

So that the pinch weld has an actual channel to sit in, and not just a flat pad to sit on

Does anyone have an adapter like the one in the above picture? If so where did you get it from and do those fit in any jack? I have found them online but didn't know if any stores had them. I have a small "walmart" floor jack. Thanks Guys!!

You'd have to look at your jack to see if it would fit in place of the pad. Frankly, the front crossmember and rear diff are the best jacking points
