got into an accident

So i pull into a sunoco today drive in between the pumps and some a-hole backs into me as i go around a car that was pumping gas, once i pull aside we exchange words on whos fault it was one of my friends almost had a fist fight with the guy, he claims I came in the station to fast when i was rolling in first gear. Its most likely going to be the guys fault for backing into me, i had 3 friends in the car and the cop said i will probably win the dispute some lady that seen it said i would win and said she needed to leave. This is the damage, do you think it affected the overall structure of the car? what can i check for to make sure its alright? and will it affect the title?

bend the car? what do you think the evo is made of? playdoh? lol
I hope you win the dispute and his insurance takes care of it, but it's no big deal, a good bodyshop will fix that in a day.

Shouldn't affect the title. Just pick your body shop carefully, then examine it very well in different lights to make sure your happy with the paiint. ext.

You need to have the quarter panel pulled, bumper cover replaced, new side marker, paint the quarter and new cover, and blend the rear door.

Make sure they blend that rear door!

That is probably around a $2000 repair, so no it will not affect your title.

I got into a similar accident back in March. If my evo survived direct impact to the wheel "dead center" then your car will be just fine. Even with direct impact to the wheel everything was still intact and within specs, no tweakage. The dealership inspected it twice at my request. At least he was backing up and didnt run a stop sign like what happened to me. I almost went Ape S*** on that moron. Just make sure you take it to somebody who will care about your car as much as you do.
