They are the Ralliart gauges. We got them from Vivid Racing. It is a complete gauge cluster that replaces the factory unit.

Does replacing the gauge cluster mess with the odometer like it does for a lot of cars?

Hey Chris, I think Ryanmcd2 is an Al Friedman impersonator, or it may be HIM. He's just about as much of an *******. Let's talk about the sparco car ok Ryan? Everyone in here knows that you are god's gift to racing, which is why you're selling futures, once again let's get back to the Sparco car. Sparcoevo, what was the cost of fabrication for the cage?

LOL, you are right save 20 pounds for 6,000. Kind of like the person who made a WHOLE CF nsx, it was over 50,000 and he saved I think 200 pounds. lol and it's a street car.

If you are going for the look, then go for it. But carbon fiber hoods are really a pain to take care of, and really end up looking like crap quickly.

Rich - I figured you'd be down for that hood and trunk, too. Of course it helps to recognize quality. Just ignore Ryan like I do:

Cage was about $1500, including materials. Painting was about $300. Compared to a bolt-in cage that doesn't fit nearly as well, and since we can still use the rear seats, it seems like a great deal. Then again there might be people out there who think it is a waste of money.....oh well, we like it and I guess that is all that counts.

Well, it makes perfect sense to add a cage if you plan on regularly tracking the car. Safety for one, chasis rigidity more importantly (i don't care about my safety as long as I can be on rails hehehe. j/k of course) What's there to argue about? $1500 is not bad at all for a completely custom cage that retains the ability to carry passengers. I wouldnt paint mine anyway, and that'll save $300 hehehhe. Yeah, and your'e right, YOU like it so who cares. I'm impressed, that's all I care about. Way to go!! But please, tell me you plan on racing it.

Are there any legality or inspection issues if you have a cage in a street-driven car?
