New Sparco Evo VIII [All Threads MERGED]
How difficult was the install of the Ralliart instrument cluster? Anything is an improvement on stock. I saw a really sweet DEFI cluster (I believe it was universal application) that replaced all gauges with a Stack-type digital panel with readings for various things, controlled by a menu button. If I could find that, it would be a no-brainer.
A ricer would think Stack instruments were one on top of the other. My question still remains about the Ralliart cluster - is it difficult (and to borrow someone else's question), and does it affect the digital odometer, etc.? (Not that I would mind of course..

The Ralliart is a simple installation and takes about 20 minutes. It is a complete gauge cluster with the digital odometer so therefore it is being used for show purposes only and when the car is on the track or being driven, it will be done with the stock cluster.
As a side bar, we are also trying to find a solution for installing sequential shift lights in the top of the steering wheel, like an F1 or Champcar. There are a few different was to do this ranging from a few hundered bucks to several thousand. We are looking at a complete digital dash from Motec and from PI Research but these systems would be almost 5k. Does anyone know of an inexpensive solution for sequential shift lights (green, green, yellow, red), or something to that effect.

Chris, why don't you go with the stack and just do a custom cluster for it?
