o2 dump to recirculated o2

So I put a muse o2 dump on my car and I hate the noise. I heard it was going to be loud but I didn't think it was going to be this loud. I hoped it was going to sound nice and it just sounds like a Honda with an exhaust leak except it pulls like hell lol. When it hits WOT it screams like no tomorrow.

I've got everything done that I need to go and get my car re-tuned which is going to be within this month or early next month. But my question is if I tune it with the o2 dump will I need to retune when I switch to recirculated o2? I know it's a yes but is it a must do or a do it if you want more power kind of thing? I'm debating between ordering an recirculated o2, tune it and sell the o2 dump or tune it with the dump and later on in life swap it out when get really sick of the noise and I have more money.

Thanks in advance

Haha my buddy just installed the MAP O2 dump on his VIII and he let me drive it and OMG i couldnt believe how loud it really is at WOT!! Lol but if you have the option youd probably be best off just doing the tune after you switch the dp's

No people try to because there like oh its an evo this should be fun, if I had the o2 dump where its a little louder itnwould discourage people. Its an everyday basis pretty much and annoying

That's what I didn't want to do. It's a hassle for me to get it re-tuned. What was the power difference when you switched?

The first time I installed it I had the same opinion. I guess it grew on me and now I love it!

I didnt get back on the dyno. I drove around while he checked my afrs and adjusted fuel trims. Tuner advised power shouldnt change much because he didnt really dial back the timing. Just adjusted afrs.

Short story of why I'm messing with the o2.

My mods: BR FMIC, BR V-Band downpipe, HFC and exhaust with bullet muffler, BR Intake, 255 wally, 1000cc injectors, 5-speed conversion with Exedy Twin and BR Mini battery. Everything else stock.

On e-85 I made 404hp/410tq and 327hp/333tq on 93 on a mustang dyno. I found leaks and decided to fix them all and port everything along with the install of an o2 dump but now I hate the noise. I didn't know if I could just get the tune with the dump to see what it would makes, then later switch to the Megan. It would of been a good comparison. But I'm going with a Megan o2 housing and will just do the tune all over again. Trying to squeeze out a lil bit more. Safest and best way to do it.

Added mods are Synapse bov, Megan o2 housing, ported turbo and turbo manifold. Hopefully no more boost leak and a new tune for more power! Thanks for the help guys.
