Sounds like you have mods? then may be thats a good price for it.
I feel as if untouched stock Evo's are worth more? Unless you think I am wrong.

I have 2006 IX MR its got 56k on it and engine, suspension, interior is 100% stock and it looks like a showroom car 100% OEM. I feel I can sell mine for 30k to the right buyer, such as someone that collects stock unmessed around with cars....

I think someone that tracks their car would love to buy your evo

Yes, stock Evos command higher prices and are generally easier to sell.

With a modded car, you always have to ask who did the work, what parts were used, do you have receipts, how bad was it beat on, etc..

A stocker is no guarantee, but the odds are better, plus you can always modify to your taste and for your purposes later.

I found a bone stock evo VIII, 1 owner car with only 98k miles. One problem is he has never changed the timing belt. What do you all think a fair price is

I will have to get photos. The timing belt is a cost that must be done if I purchase it, I am going to do a compression test this weekend.

for $10k, it would have to be absolutely RUINED for me not to buy it. i don't care if the engine is blown, the t-case is bad, or it has body damage. as long as it's not all three, i'm in. i'll go get it if you don't LOL

Thats kinda why I posted something, to confirm that it was a good deal. I dont know if you can find a one owner car that is still bone stock.

I does seem too wild of the price but it depends what the buyer is looking for i think as long every little detail in the car is cared for its worth the money when i have all records to show for and interior is not worn was babied from day one and every single detail in the car reminds you as if its still brand new car i think i am trying to sell experience of a new car in a well cared for evo

I am finding 8's and 9's with over 120k and dealers are asking 23+. The prices are unreal on these cars. Look up EMS sales in N J
