Headgasket issue?
So I got tuned about a month ago from Moore auto. After that I noticed my idle was a bit off. I usually idle between -10 to -12 HG vacuum but since the tune it would idle around -5 ish for about a minute then pop back up. Today I checked my dipstick and it looked fine. I opened up the oil cap and noticed it looked milky, it had some white looking substance in it. So I'm positive the headgasket needs a change I have no idea what happened and what caused this as I BARELY drive this car. By barely I mean I've only gone through ONE tank since it was at moore auto. I emailed them about the idle issue but no response. Any ideas folks? Thanks

Inside the oil cap? That seems really odd. I've also been also losing coolant from my reservoir for some reason. Car is showing no other signs. No overhesting and is driving normal lado no amole out te exhaust.

The fact you're losing coolant isn't good. But some milky residue on your oil cap isn't necessarily the end of the world.

Water is a normal product of combustion. Some of the gases of combustion leak past the rings in any engine. It's winter.
To get water out of an engine in winter you need a nice long drive. The engine needs to come up to normal operating temperature for awhile. Emulsified oil on the filler cap of a car not driven much in winter is normal.

if it was that head gasket or cracked block it would show milky oil on the dip stick as well, so your coolant leak is probably coming from some where else. like said before compression test will tell you for sure.
Cracked block is worse case, your headgasket can leak and you'll end up with milky oil it doesn't necessarily mean your block is cracked. To OP I would suggest doing a leak down test.
Every time I've seen milky mix like that it's been headgasket blown. It would also explain why coolant was missing too. You could always park under a box or towel and see if anything leaks onto it if you're concerned it's the block that's cracked.
really much easier to blow a headgasket than a block. im sure thats what has happened, which is a good thing. get a new gasket, better head studs and a retune just to be safe and you should be good to go
