Here I will even do the work for you - (585)226-8226 and ask for Bryan and ask him where your order is and he will look it up and tell you.

Wait, what are you doing? You know you cant use that around here. That "LOGIC" and "REASONING" doesn't work on the internet. You must be new here.

Then they have to wait for the dealer to get it before they get and then obviously before you get it.
I ordered the revised cylinder block bracket (this might be on backorder from the dealer) and the clutch master to slave braided line.

That's probably all it is man, the dealer part. When I place my orders with them I always do it over the phone and ask if they have it in stock or if they have to order it. So that way I know how long shipping will take. Recently I ordered some stuff and all of it was in stock except for the black rubber piece that goes on the fuel pump outlet (grommet) and it took the dealer 3 weeks to get that stupid grommet to STM before they could ship everything to me. Stuff happens you know. It wasn't their fault since they are at the mercy of the dealer at that point.

WOW.. Some of you guys are so emotional. No one was bashing STM. No one was "trashing" them. He simply asked if they are out of business because he hasn't gotten a response.. Smh..

^^^ Umm?? I'm not emotional by the way. Just a business owner and can relate to such issues and that looks like bashing to me. Thanks for your unsolicited comment, its very helpful. He was wondering what might be happening with his order was he not? I think I explained things pretty well don't you?

Yeah I don't want to start anything with you about this, I don't really have a side in this except they have always taken very good care of me when I order stuff. They're probably going through a growth period hence the move and need more staff to handle all the orders. If history serves as a guide they will get it together soon and everything will back to normal soon enough.

STM hasn't been in business for all these years because they take orders and never send parts. You couldn't have possibly tried contacting them at BOTH locations because sales is all set up at the new shop with the same phone number. They are also down a sales person right now as well so it's Brian and Ethan taking care of every single order and shipping as well. Ill shoot emery a text and inform him of this thread but be certain they are NOT closed.

Brian was more than willing to help me out with questions I had about an order that I placed earlier in March. Tracking numbers weren't sent as promised but the product did show up when they said it would.

I placed another order just last week and am wondering where my package is at also, but I'm sure it'll get here soon. STM seems better than some other shops I've ordered through in the past, especially a place like Slowboy Racing. Fu(k those guys.

I think they're top notch. I call, they answer, take care of me on the spot.

I just place two orders with them about a week ago. One is in the mail, the other went out today.

For moving an entire operation I believe that to be pretty damn good.

I'll continue to shop through them.

Thanks STM!

I think you guys are getting me wrong here. I have nothing but good things to say about STM I was just curious is all. I know the website says they have been moving but I've been without update for some time and I assure you guys I exhausted every resource before posting here.

I appreciate all the reassurance. Makes me feel better about keeping my business with them.

When I titled the thread closed I simply ment if they just weren't in operation. I didn't suspect they were out of business given how well they operate. It just seemed out of character for them to keep customers out of the loop.

For the guy with the intake manifold he hasn't received I just talked to emery on the phone. He said there were 2 on order and they both went out today. For the OP you said you ordered at the end of march right? So it's been about a week? If anything call the shop around 10 am EST and talk to Brian and he can update you on whatever you need info on. This is the best I can do to help right now. Everyone will get their orders but some items do take time especially if it's made by either Austin or Cory or if it's on back order.
