Personally I can't say I've been pleased with the service over the last 30-45days. Emails I've sent never get responded to and when I called 2 weeks ago requesting a quote on tires(none in stock), I was told they'd call me back and I've never heard back from them since. Granted I work in aviation so I have a higher expectation of customer service than what seems to be the norm here in the auto industry.

Either way I understand they're moving but if not for the constant praise from so many members here, I'd have probably given up on them. I'll try them again once the dust settles..just difficult to express a positive experience if I get no return communication.

STM I dont like at all. (love their parts though)

Usually small shops like these keep nothing in stock almost and are bad places to order parts.

Extremepsi on their website has everything that is in stock and if it isnt it list an eta. Hopefully they expand their shipping and service department when they move because they offer great in house parts but a small fab shop just isnt going to get it done when you are popular.

I wouldn't say STM doesn't keep anything in stock. I order 90% of my parts from them and receive them in 2 days. The only time I've had to wait about a week for my parts were when they had to order oem parts that no one stocks. They're the only ones I deal with and I've had nothing but great experiences buying products from them. Brian and the entire sales staff take care of whatever I need. They are in the process of moving as others have said so it might take a little longer.

Your intake tubes and manifolds are made piece by piece and there is a backlog due to all of their orders. Great things come to those who wait!

Ordered parts from them on ebay a week ago, followed up with a message asking for a tracking number. Haven't received my parts, nor a tracking number. Their ebay page says nothing about moving or delays. Not a great way to do business at all. Needless to say i'm disappointed.

You need to call the shop. They have 4 lines for calls now. It amazes me how little effort people put into finding out information yet expect the world. You get in what you put in....

Thanks for the advice Chief but I purchased my stuff through their ebay page, so contacting them and not receiving a reply back after a week is unacceptable. I shouldn't have to call.

I love STM. My favorite Evo website to purchase parts from. Shipping is fast and cheap. I've been dealing with them for a couple years now. I actually have like 3 transactions open right now. It's a business and no matter what you do, you'll always have some people that aren't happy.

If you were that concerned about where your order was you'd call. That's like saying since you placed an order from a companies website that you shouldn't have to call them for tracking either. It's just pure laziness on your part.

hahaha.

you ever seen that movie Idiocracy? Its gonna come to the point where customers are gonna be too lazy to TYPE an email to STM so they will just put two pictures to click on to contact them, a smiley face picture and sad face picture.

Call them I have placed 2 orders since u started this thread and have been emailed tracking as soon as the item shipped. But do understand that they don't have all the parts there, sometimes they have to have a distributer ship u ur parts in which case sometimes the dist doesn't even give them tracking. That and they really aren't going to call u everyday n be like hey man we don't have your part yet so we haven't shipped it and since we haven't shipped it we don't have tracking sorry, ok talk to you tomorrow.
