STM is a good shop, that is why I will keep going to them for business( even with some hiccups time to time). Emery may be one of the top tuners of this car in the country, but he is not Jesus Christ ( and hopefully he doesn't profess to be hahhaa). Its a small shop and they are doing their best, we get it.

Guys who continually get defensive in these threads and try to discredit customers is really unnecessary. Honestly, it makes the shop look bad, and honestly if you wanted to help STM out you would stay out of it and let them deal with their customers.
This. Thanks you.

We are doing our best to get settled in the new shop which will fix a lot of our problems. As I said before, We have added more man power as well as machines to get jobs done in a timely matter. We also are working on stocking a lot more parts so more orders can leave the same day. Yesterday alone, I know I personally pulled and shipped about 60 orders that were placed within 24 hours. Point is, We are getting there. And fast!

As far as someone telling you your parts will be done and them not being done, I have no idea why that is? Possibly because of the move and not having everything to get a job done at one shop? We are almost totally moved in now so if that was an issue it shouldn't be anymore. If you need something or have been waiting on something, please get a hold of me so I can clear up the issue.
