Low idle and cat light on evo iv

Low idle and cat light on evo iv
Hey everyone
Right before I got home yesterday my catalytic converter light came on, everything was running okay and temp was normal. The next morning it was idling at less than 1 and all the fans turned on as soon as I started it. The cat light was also turning on and off. Once the revs get past 2 the engine seems okay, but the fans and lights are still going on.
Any ideas? Maybe o2 sensors?
It's a 1996 with about 90k on it, and I've also been having diff troubles and the AYC pump has been acting up.
Any advice is appreciated
