injector tuning 1650 FIC Bluemax

Oh boy am I exhausted

Spent the whole day in trial and error, cannot get these things to line up

problem is both trims are -12.50 so I would would have to lower my scaling to drop my idle, well once I do that the car seems to run like crap but will drive.

but im wondering since im on speed density and the 1650cc are harder to scale

do I start with the injectors first then proceed with map ve and rpm ve tables

or do I have to do a combination of both?

tried everyone else's scale and lantencies and they absolutely do not work

Was the car running on speed density on your old injectors or did you do speed density and injectors at the same time? if both of your trims are negative and roughly the same you need to raise your scaling number.

I've heard tuners don't like the 1650s because they're hard to dial in

It was on maf when I tuned it for 1000cc injectors then switched to speed density and had to make small scalings to get it working

Yea thats what the rep said but he said once you get them dialed in it will be worth it

If not what injectors are easy to tune? Need 1600 or above for 500hp with plenty of room for more power

You need to adjust the VE to get it closer to 0

well i realize that

but these injectors are not scaled yet so im trying to scale them

so im guessing Im going to have to work with all 4 tables to get it to work properly

still running lean just cannot get them to 14.7 at idle

during a drive it will going to stoich

Im going to tune them in open loop vs closed loop

If your VE is way off you will not be able to get close to 0%. Yes you have to work with VE and then to scaling when going WOT.
