Engine and tune questions

Sorry for the newb questions but I need some help.
Questions

My car has never been tuned and I'm in the process of doing a couple mods to it.
What mods I have-
Stm uicp short route
Ets licp
Aem fuel rail
Walbro 255 pump
Hallman mbc
Ported intake manifold
Ported throttle body
Borla exhaust manfold
Vrsf 3.5" fmic
Ets intake with maf
Full straight pipe exhaust
Deleted egr

Mods to be done
E85
Gsc s2 cams
Supertech springs and retainers
Fp jb black
1200cc Injectors
Speed density
Forged internals
Shepard trans
Exedy clutch
Stm ss clutch line

Now here's the thing, would the tuner be able to tune the car with the new forged internals when the haven't been broken in yet?

The only thing that really needs to be broken in is the piston rings. Has to be done properly as soon as the engine is 1st started. After the break in and an oil change to a proper weight, synthetic oil then the engine is ready for WOT tuning.

Right now the car is in my car port while if do these mods to it, my plan was to do everything including the engine internals then have it tuned. So would the tuner be able to tune it without dynoing the car just so I could drive it nicely until it's ready for a real tune? That way the car is drivable so that I can put the miles on it to properly break in the motor?

Thank you, that's exactly what I needed to know. Would they also be able to delete the egr in the computer as well?

Break in of the motor is dependant on who you ask, some say no boost till 1k miles with variable RPMs ect and some say drive it like you stole it. I do have a small suggestion you may want to consider going bigger on the injectors now rather then waste the money later down the road. Just a suggestion also your 255 will be maxed out around 480-500 hp .

we have a similar set up.. I would recommend going bigger on injectors.. Contact MAP they gave me a good deal for 1120cc FIC's. Also.. I also had the walbro 255 and went too the Walbro 400 LPH Pump. They say it is made for e85, I can tell you I have NOT had any problems with it and will save you the upgrade in the long run or worries of maxing it out for about $60.00 more...
