Just got back from advanced auto...the starter is good. The. battery was at 119 cca out of the 220

are you getting 12 VDC to the black wire at the starter when the key sw is in the start position?

I haven't checked that yet. The multimeter I was using was my friends and he took it back with him before I could think of that. I will check that when I get home. I'll be picking up one myself after work

Problem solved. The black plug was cut and tampered with prior to my possession. Extended, soldered, and put back the way Mitsubishi did it.

The one that was on top of the starter. I don't know te name of it, but it runs now. If I didn't have to go to work, then I would have been test driving it.
