Walk us through what happened?

Which direction were you heading? It looks a little wet? Did you floor it and spin the wheels and loos control?

If you were heading in the same direction of the Kia (away from your point of view in the picture) you spun more than 180 degrees before hitting that tree so you had some speed or at least spinning all four wheels. If you were heading toward the point of view in the picture it looks like you jumped the curb and then over corrected and swung into the tree.

My guess is you were heading in the direction of the traffic and somehow lost control, spun around and was stopped by the tree. Scary stuff.

Yea i was heading in the direction on the opppsite side of the kia. I was trying to avoid some pot holes in the road and I guess i moved to suddenly. It had just started raining, which I heard is worse than after its been raining a while. I tried to correct it and slammed into the tree.

Talked to my insurance company today, they told me the car will be valued as dealer condition other than the tires. Anybody have experience dealing with a total loss evo?
