I'd be interested to know who here has been pulled over for not having a cat, and what the circumstances were leading to (1) getting pulled over; and (2) how the cat issue came up.
in my town, the only ones that have really been hassled are the Honda guys. our PD profiles them, so that may be why. they would get pulled over for something random. PD would then perform a "safety inspection" which allowed them to pop their hoods and look under the car.
i don't think any Evo drivers have been caught, yet. so far, so good. i think it's because there are a lot less of us around than Hondas, so we're still kinda under the radar.
