Is anyone using this fuel pump? Will it work for 400awhp on e85? Has anyone encountered fakes? How was the install process and did you need the kit? I tried looking for info but couldnt find much specifically for the dw200 :/

Well this pump flows 255 lph so just compare it to a wally 255.
Yes you will need the kit. It could make 400 on 1000cc and higher injectors at 43 psi pressure

You may be thinking of the 300, not the 200?

I have the 300 in my car, zero issues and I basically track only. Using fic 1050sp's I was making around 380whp on VD at I believe around 90% idc (e85, bolt ons, stock cams)

Have one on my Evo and had one on my 2014 and 2006 WRX. Never had an issue with the DW300. The 255 would work just fine and you get get them really cheap used.

yes the dw200 (flows 255) see the attached flow chart.

I run a DW300 which flows 320 lph with a set of 1250s and make 400/400 on a mustang dyno with 60-75 peak injector duty cycle at 43.5 psi base pressure. This is with e83. so I have quite a bit more room.

Just an update in case anyone stumbles upon this thread and has the same questions. Pump is working great since my e85 conversion. Made 414/452 on MD. Its very quiet. I will be posting my dyno stuff in the tuning section sometime soon.

Did you go with the 200 or 300? Stock wiring or rewire? I'm looking at the 300 with some FIC 1120s.

200. I did the whole e85 coversion at a shop so I did not install, but I didnt give them anything more than the pump and the universal install kit. I believe they used the stock wiring. I paired mine up with some 1100 high z FICs.

I also run a DW200 and I bought it because I didn't want the infamous Walbro whine. I'm surprised you were able to push the 200 that far. You don't happen to know what injector duty cycle you're at, do you?
