Please help

My throttle seems to rev up 300 rpms after letting off gas what gives any help would be greatly appreciated thanks

Yes car has been the same way as far as mods go for a while without any issues of this happening . still stock throttle body stock turbo stock blow off valve stock wastegate.

On the Throttle Body you have that IAC (Idle Air Comtrol) and the TPS (Throttle Position Sensor). The IAC is usually at the base of the TB while the TPS is on the side. IAC may need cleaning but check the TPS aslo.

I'm thinking ccould be sticky throttle cable or dirty MAF sensor.

Clean your throttle body also. They get enough crud in them they can stick open enough to cause problems.
