Possible jumped belt timing is off? Symtoms
So I am just diagnosing a few things on the car and I am not sure if there is a ****ty tune, mis aligned belt, or both.
Car has 20g turbo, 1000cc precisions, full head rebuild, kelford 272, etc.
My idle is about 875-900, my vac is dropped to 7-9, if I raise the hesitating idle to about 1200 it's at about 14-16. If you take off in 1st the car hesitates at low rpm, bad.. Once, almost feels like it sputtering, new plugs are gappee to .020. Also sometimes when boosting the cel flashes, so I am not sure if it could be a misfire, or knocking. I also free rev'ed it today to see if any issues a occurred and it was a little rough and the CEL came on again. This weekend I am going to check timing, and also have the tune looked at in the next few weeks. I bought the car from another person and just trying to diagnosis a few issues.
Thank you.

BR7ES - the last plugs in the car BR8ES - problem still exists with both plugs, figured it was not a bad idea to always put new plugs in the car.
At cold yes it takes like a minute to warm up - but honestly it happens all the time. Especially when taking off lfrom a stop, car sputters a lot, CEL comes on a few times, car pulls very well top end, but I am no longer really going beyond 5 psi for daily driving.
