What power can I make on a FP black

Looking to see what I can make on this setup

2.3L stroke w/built head S2 Cams
Skunk 2 intake mani w/ S90 Throttle body
3" Intercooler pippin to a ETS 4" Core
FP Race Manifold,
W/ Old Skoo FP Black BB w/ External 38mm
Tial wastegate,
ID 2000 injectors
Built 5 Speed w/ Excedy Twin DiSC
Walboro 455 high pressure fuel pump w/
-8an feed & Return Lines
Dual map E85 & Pump

I think,

500-530 whp on pump gas
600+ on E85

It's been done a million times. You can probably find a thread on this site for about any FP setup you can think of.

On STM's mustang dyno, with an HTZ Black (worth 30hp or so over the HTA) and a built 2.0LR I made 652whp/530wtq @44psi FWIW

Obviously different mods yield different results. My setup was fairly basic with Cossie M2's, NO porting whatsoever.

Most HTA Blacks on mustang dynos produce in the 575-600hp range

He has the old black, you have the HTZ which you admitted makes more power. How is he supposed to estimate his results based on that? Take your numbers and "subtract about 30whp but who really knows since it's a different turbo"? If we want to be picky, you didn't even have the same displacement. There's not really he can take from the information you provided.
You even make note of the difference in your own post:
