Turbo suggestions

Evo 8 with all the supporting mods (bolt ons, no cams), I want to hit 450 WHP on E-70. What turbo could do this with the best spool? I've looked at the fp green and the GT3076r. Would like to have something fun to drive around town without having to run high rpm to get boost.

the FP ss green will do it. Blouch 1.0xt/xtr will also. but, you will need cams. baby evo 8 cams will not do it.

Different intake cams due to MIVEC.

Imo, just get a 71HTA. It might come up a little short of 450, but it is a blast to drive.

No need for cams. FP green will do it no problem with appropriate fuel system..

I keep reading stuff about FP and oil leak issues. Any validity to that?

Only really an issue if you don't do the proper crank case ventilation modifications.
