I have a loud whine in first gear only. Any idea what it is? Go to 4:10in video and listen if you want to skip ahead. I have the car go through cold start with light throttle in neutral and you don't hear anything. Once it's placed in 1st gear you will hear the noise, it goes away after 5 seconds and to my knowledge does not make the noise in any other gear. What's the issue?

I had a similar occurance except downshifting to second gear when the engine was warm two winters ago. Heard it again but less last winter. Pulled the transmission this spring (not for this noise reason) and found the TOB was rough when spun by hand.
