Fuel Return and Feed Hoses

Hi,

What's the part number for the rubber hose in the picture for the return line that has the black ziptie, and the hose connecting the two circled pipes? On a '06 Evo IX MR

Thanks

Yeah I'm using EPC Data to get part numbers and realized I was looking in the wrong section. I'm actually replacing a Buschur Double Pumper and it's lines with a stock housing + Walbro 450.

Would it be these two lines? 05265B and 05412?

I'm replacing the rubber hose from below

I think it’s just 1/4 fuel line. You could just buy a few feet and cut it yourself. Use a hose clamp at the ends or it looks like you could use a 3/8 bundy female quick connector. You should double check those sizes, but I think that’s what the stock sizes are.

Yeah (05265B MR573026) looks like the rubber line with the two zipties (that's a positive battery cable, the left circle in the first post actually was already dripping fuel)

05412 MR556882 I think is the high pressure feed line (which should be a 5/16 hard line. I'd rather use a OEM part or at least female quick connects. Would something like this be okay?

Amazon Amazon

Or (Dorman 800-080 Quick Connector)

Amazon Amazon

I think you’re right. The stock fuel feed line is 5/16 and the return is 1/4. I’ve only personally messed with the return line to rig up an ethanol content sensor.

edit: post #22 of the thread linked looks like some of the info that you need. This person says the under car quick connect fittings are 5/16 like you said and that the pump housing has 3/8 fittings. https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/ev...l#post11593967

Yeah thanks a lot for the link, I like pal215's thinking that the 3/8th quick disconnect from pump housing -> -6AN hose to 5/16th hardline will eliminate a (small) fueling bottleneck. Plus the factory line isn't something I expect to be sitting at a dealership (IF the warehouse even stocks it, I have a feeling it would take and cost the same as just ordering the AN fittings/quick connect adapters). Car is only gonna make 4-500whp but I'd like to do it right once.

Why are you deleting the double pumper? It's supports lore power and it's already there. If the pumps are bad, just replace them.

Wiring on the double pumper is wrecked (poorly done to begin with, cracked/fraying), fuel lines are leaking, 255s aren't rated for E85 (going Flex Fuel), and for simplicity's sake (1 pump vs 2 pumps).

I'm running a 12v rewire w/Hobbs Switch, had a friend of mine who's a electrical engineer do the work. We got 10.5v low voltage and a little over 14v high voltage on a Walbro 450 274 pump in a stock housing w/the siphon drilled out to 9/64"

Thats just a normal rubber fuel hose. Nothing more nothing less. The OEM rubber is the same. I just threw mine out last week actually.
