03 Evo 8 STFT read 0

As the title states my STFT read 0 in Evo scan at all times on my 03 Evo 8. I'm currently trying to get my car E-tuned and cant move forward due to this. I've been searching the forums but cannot find anything without the old posts just going dead. I'm very new to this tuning stuff as-well, but some of the things I've been reading have mentioned TPS being off, mines set to 13.3. I replaced the 02 sensor today with a denso unit and it is reading according to the logs. After the base map flashed I reset the ECU by disconnecting the battery for about 15 mins and no change. The car has just had ID1050x, Walbro 450 installed prior to this initial base map. Its also set up on SD and on Stock ecu using Tephra v7. Everything else on the car looked good (coolant temp, idle rpm, TPS, no boost leaks). Is the car just stuck in open loop and if so then why? I'm really not sure what to do unless maybe there is an issue with the ECU itself causing this.

Unfortunately not, I checked old logs from the last session as well and they were 0 the whole time for idle, cruise and WOT. That was in August of this year on a completely different map too so even if possible I don't think it would be map related neither. I'm going to check my old computer with my Original logs from when the I got the car this past April, this very well may have been an issue from the start.

Well, it's going to be zero in WOT, the stock ECU doesn't run closed loop at WOT.

I would check the closed/open loop load and throttle tables. You would have a code for the front O2 if it wasn't tuned to be off.
