Already is a sticky...look in the How To...section.

Are the Constant Torque clamps much better than the T-Bolts? I know both are better than stock I just can't decide on which ones...

i just installed mine today from the site provided. seems like i could have used a tad smaller for the factory lower IC pipe/turbo as they are almost maxed out with the 2". and the 1.5" was too big for the BOV connections, bottomed out and not tight. i'm going to try smaller ones there and use the 1.5's for the lower IC pipe and see if they fit.

What about using 2.25 for in place of the 2.5's? Would that be a better fit or will it be too small?

According to SI the 2.25's Actual clamping ability is 2.36" to 2.68". So I guess that should be better than the 2.5's Actual clamping ability of 2.60" to 2.91"?

Edit: I looked back on my previous entry, and I am using the SI 2.5" clamp. It provides more complete clamping coverage than the 2.25". Just need to dremel off the the excess threads after its tightened down.

mrfred, what size are you using for the DV connections? the 1.5" were quite a bit too large for a good seal. all the connections with a 2.5" fit wonderful, just the 2" LICP connections are very close to maxed out and the DV 1.5" didn't seal at all maxed out.

I stayed with the stock hose clamps there. As the pipe diameter goes down, it becomes easier to maintain a seal.

Check out www.jegs.com they have t-bolt clamps as well, but cost more. Maybe we can get small enough clamps to cover the bov pipes...

Which do you guys think would be better?

T-Bolt Clamp 1.160'' - 1.460'' ID
T-Bolt Clamp 1.410'' - 1.710'' ID
T-Bolt Clamp 1.280'' - 1.590'' ID

it's really not needed on the intake since that pipe is not pressurized.
