Dash Repair

i was installing my defi bf boost gauge last night and i removed the center fake carbon fiber assembly that has the clock in it to tap the wires to power the control unit, and apparently i wasnt careful enough because i dug a nice deep scratch into the dash, and its bothering the f out of me lol

any ideas if i can use one of those vinyl repair kits to get the sctratch out? its really an eyesore and i want to get rid of it...any recommendations a specific kit?

any help would be really appreciated, thanks

I have never used a vinyl repair kit, but I have seen people use crayons to fix deep scratches. Yes its ghetto, but in those cases it has covered up the scratch completely.

Good luck with it!

There are professionals out there that can take this out without a problem. It can cost between 40-65 bucks but you will not even notice it was there.

haha, i said this was a ghetto method, and i dont really advise it. But yes, you get crayons that are similar in color, blend if necessary and it will fill in the scratch (doesnt always work)
