Side Window replacement? HOw?

I need to replace the passenger side window and I was wondering if anyone knew how to get into where the window is at? I got the door panel off but there isn't any access to get the window out. Any help would be great.

10 year old response so who knows if you're still around -- ever figure this out or have a writeup? Someone busted my rear window last night, ordered one on eBay and need to replace it.

Not too sure what window is being questionex... however, I do know how to replace the small "triangle" window of the rears. With the rear door open, there are 2 screws that hold down the molding to the door that also secures the window. Once the screws are removed, slide the weather stripping and window out. Replace with the new window in the weather stripping and reassemble. *** Again, not too sure if it was the small triangle window that was in question. Cheers!

Actually it's the big window. Someone busted it breaking in.

I've got the door panel and glass all cleaned out, weatherstrip out But I can't figure out how to shimmy the new window into the door, and get it running along the runners. Do I have to take out the little window too?
