bringing back old thread. you really did not do this right at all. just want to add for whoever searches for a how to in the future.

Ok because that is really helpful, come in and slam the guy for "not doing it right" then you dont even try to post the "correct" way to do it.

Has anybody done a before/after comparison with something like this? I like the idea of making the ride experience a little more civilized, but not totally sold that this stuff is worth it.

I did my front doors. The speakers cause less rattle. Outside driving noise came down a bit. Plus the door feels more solid with a little bit of added weight
