Door Chime goes off all the time..HELP

Door Chime goes off all the time..HELP
I read about my issue and found a thread on here in regards to it but I can't locate the fix. No key in the ignition I get a door chime. Key fob and nothing works. Read to locate a box under the top cover of the steering column but when I tried to locate it I THINK I found it but it appears to be broken if thats the case. I have attached a photo.
